The Fleet

The current fleet comprises of four Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPV), two Large Patrol Vessels (LPV) and two Inshore Patrol Vessels (IPV). Each vessel is equipped with state of the art machinery, weapons, communication and navigation systems. 

The Fleet

The NS Fleet keeps the tradition of naming its vessels after famous women from Irish and Celtic mythology and famous Irish writers, celebrating Ireland in the international forum.
