Air Corps conduct Air Ambulance mission to Wythenshawe Hospital, Manchester .

The Air Corps completed an Air Ambulance mission late last night transferring a young patient and her parents on an Air Corps AW139 helicopter from Baldonnel to Manchester.

The patient was transferred from Casement Aerodrome, Baldonnel and flown to Manchester Airport from where the patient was transferred to Wythenshawe Hospital in South Manchester.

The helicopter Air Ambulance mission departed Casement Aerodrome, Baldonnel at 7.45pm yesterday evening and completing the mission at Casement Aerodrome, Baldonnel at 11.35pm.

This is the 33rd Air Ambulance mission carried out by the Air Corps so far this year.
