The Defence Forces are now accepting applications for General Service in the Air Corps.

Air Corps applicants must be at least 18 years old and under the age of 39 years of age on the closing date for applications.

Defence Forces Cadetships 2026
The Defence Forces Cadetship will prepare individuals morally, mentally and physically for their role as leaders in the Defence Forces whilst instilling the organisation’s values of respect, loyalty, selflessness, physical courage, moral courage and integrity into students. Applications are now open for the Army, Air Corps and Naval Service Cadetship 2026. Please see below for the various entry streams within each of the three services.
