Everyone has the right to be treated fairly and with respect. If you feel that you are not being dealt with fairly, are being bullied or harassed or if you notice unfair treatment of others speak to your Chain of Command or the following:

DRCC operates the National 24-hour Helpline for those who need support in any part of the country www.drcc.ie 

INSPIRE  - 1800 817433
INSPIRE is a 24 hour external confidential counselling service providing a referral and support service on a wide range of personal and work-related issues. The service is available to serving personnel of the Defence Forces and to their partners or spouses, and to their adult children living at home. To access INSPIRE, please call 1800 817-433. Personnel serving overseas can access the service using 00-353-1800-817-433. 

The Defence Forces Personnel Support Service (PSS)
The Personnel Support Service (PSS) is a team of trained military personnel and occupational social workers supporting serving members of the Defence Forces and their families. PSS works to sustain and enhance the individual wellbeing of personnel and to promote a safe and positive work culture in the Defence Forces. There are PSS teams in all DF installations in the state and direct support is available to all personnel deployed overseas. All contact with PSS is confidential. PSS provides a comprehensive service to serving personnel and their families, and supports veterans through signposting and guidance to services within the community. Provides confidential, comprehensive pastoral support and spiritual care to personnel at home and overseas.
