In the Defence Forces we have a number of ways in which reports can be made to ensure complaints and perceived offences are handled appropriately.
These can be used for all manner of issues such as serious criminal offences, non-criminal serious offices, unacceptable behaviours, and more general grievances. These can be used in many cases if you have witnessed an offence as well as if you have experienced offence.
